Facility Greeter Jobs in Iowa

Performs diversified secretarial duties including, but not limited to:

Typing various forms of correspondence

Transmitting various documents using computer, mail, and/or fax

Maintaining files and filing systems

Maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies

Performs related duties, as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics:

Six months or less of related work experience preferred.

Answers the telephone promptly when called upon, and provides friendly, helpful service to customers who call.

Readies carts for customers who enter store.

Checks receipts of customers who set off electronic devices when exiting store.

Maintains strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1st Shift, Tuesday - Friday, 5:00am - 10:00am or 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 11:00pm

Communicate effectively with dock supervisors, drivers and other service center personnel

Collect, process and transport paperwork to and from various locations
