Overview A Facility Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of a facility's equipment and systems. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe, efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Facility Engineers must have a strong understanding of engineering principles, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems. Detailed Job Description Facility Engineers are responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of a facility's equipment and systems. This includes HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other mechanical systems. Facility Engineers must be able to diagnose and repair problems with these systems, as well as perform preventative maintenance. They must also be able to identify and implement energy-saving measures. Facility Engineers must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. They must also be able to use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings. Job Skills Required
