Facilities Technician Assistant Jobs in Washington

Performs general maintenance repair and fabrication projects and responds to service calls as required in a timely manner.

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs relative to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, heating, cooling, or ventilation systems as assigned.

Changes filters and maintains grease recovery unit.

Maintains proper equipment inventories in shop area.

Assists in installation of electrical hardware by blueprints/oral instructions.

Promotes positive employee public relations; interacts with other internal departments as appropriate.

Maintain all mandatory training requirements current, ensuring compliance to Site and job performance qualifications.

Demonstrate continuous personal pursuit to increase job knowledge, proficiency in technical understanding, and problem-solving abilities.

Possess the ability to gain knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical qualifications.

Must possess computer skills (Word, Excel, BAS, Delta V, MAXIMO) to navigate conduct searches and complete work documentation.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, documentation practices (GDDP’s) be self-motivated and possess good interpersonal skills.

Possess the ability to gain knowledge of FDA, OSHA, EH&S, EPA, and State of Washington regulations.

Providing compassionate care and a home away from home for boarded and hospitalized pets.

Preparing surgical suite and surgical patients.

Performing laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
