Overview The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility. This includes ensuring that all equipment and systems are in good working order, as well as ensuring that the facility is clean and safe. The Facilities Maintenance Lead will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repair activities, as well as supervising and training other maintenance staff. Detailed Job Description The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility. This includes ensuring that all equipment and systems are in good working order, as well as ensuring that the facility is clean and safe. The Facilities Maintenance Lead will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repair activities, as well as supervising and training other maintenance staff. The Facilities Maintenance Lead will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained. Job Skills Required
