Excellent organization and time management skills.

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience working with C-level executives across a matrixed organization.

Experience utilizing digital and social media channels to reach a specific audience.

Demonstrated metrics driven approach with hands-on experience using analytic and tracking tools for media relations.

Manage the Supplier relationship and risk management

Manage critical supplier issues, utilizing enhanced problem-solving skills to determine true root cause and to develop and implement irreversible corrective actions.

Partner with Supplier Development & Quality Engineering resources to ensure compliance to processes, procedures, ISO practices and regulatory/Food Safety requirements.

Collaborative work with internal teams as BD, EM ops, Finance, R&D, Marketing, Planning and Legal among others.

Support Sourcing strategy development and deployment – aligned with stakeholders.

Work close with BD/PCM to lead innovation projects in a collaborative model with external manufacturers and suppliers.
