Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team

Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.

Engage cross functional leaders to align financial management with short- and long-term financial planning and projections.

Develop and manage direct staff, to include two senior financial analysts and one financial analyst.

At least 7+ years of related professional experience

Demonstrate excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.

Collaborate with staff for the benefit of all camp affiliates.

Demonstrating paramount human relation skills when dealing with officials, administration, employees, parents, guests, or visitors.

Planning and implementing recreational, educational, and social enrichment activities for campers.

One-year experience working with youth or three (3) summers.

Group supervision of campers in activities and daily camp operations.

Promotion and compliance of organizational policies and procedures.
