Overview An Experienced Groundsman is responsible for maintaining the grounds of a property or facility. This includes mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, pruning shrubs and trees, and performing other landscaping tasks. They may also be responsible for maintaining irrigation systems, fertilizing and aerating lawns, and performing minor repairs. Detailed Job Description The Experienced Groundsman is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds of a property or facility. This includes mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, pruning shrubs and trees, and performing other landscaping tasks. They may also be responsible for maintaining irrigation systems, fertilizing and aerating lawns, and performing minor repairs. The Experienced Groundsman must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to follow instructions and work in a safe and efficient manner. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Ability to use and maintain landscaping tools and equipment

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
