Expense management: Manages expense reports for yourself and your executive

Meeting aficionado: Organize, attend, and track key GTM meeting notes and manage meeting agendas, notes and minutes and action items

Pacesetter: Proactively resolve time-sensitive issues, demonstrating excellent judgment and problem solving skills

5+ years of Executive Operations experience at fast-growing startup, ideally with an GTM org

Organizational support: Partner with our CRO and Staff on running the day-to-day of an efficient, high-velocity, and fun organization

Travel planner: Flights, hotels, transportation, dining, etc. A strong attention to detail here is valued
