Listens and supports the CEO in brainstorming ideas and experiences to help navigate complex challenges.

5+ years of experience in a business or operational leadership role

Experience collecting data and deriving insights from cross functional resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of the bay area philanthropic and SFF grantee landscape

Attends weekly staff meetings and reports highlights and potential action steps to the CEO.

This position is part-time, working up to 29 hours per week, and offers no benefits.

This position requires completion of an excel skills testing. Failure to complete will result in disqualification.

Researching missing payments, outstanding items and/or invoices.

Processing various payment transactions in the financial system.

Exceptional leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.

Foster collaboration and coordination among public safety departments, including police, fire, emergency management, corrections, and other relevant agencies.

Oversee the city's emergency management efforts, including the development, implementation, and regular testing of emergency response plans.

Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to support safety initiatives.

Promote safety education and outreach initiatives to raise awareness and empower residents to actively participate in creating safe communities.
