Detailed Job Description:

• Manage the daily operations of the executive office, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and managing confidential information.
• Maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that all appointments and commitments are met.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
• Manage the flow of information to and from the executive office.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external sources.
• Manage the office budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
• Monitor and order office supplies.
• Prepare expense reports and reconcile corporate credit cards.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
