Overview The Executive Assistant North Carolina Division is responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team of the North Carolina Division. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detailed Job Description The Executive Assistant North Carolina Division is responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team of the North Carolina Division. This includes providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and other administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reports, and providing general office support. Job Skills Required
