The Executive Assistant to the Director is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and other members of the executive team. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support.

Detailed Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the Director and other members of the executive team
• Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and other events
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Director and other members of the executive team
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director and other members of the executive team
• Assist with the preparation of documents, such as contracts, letters, and memos
• Maintain filing systems and databases
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Perform other duties as assigned
