The Events Manager for the Alaska Airlines Center will be responsible for the successful execution of events at the Center. This includes managing the event planning process, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all events are executed in a safe and professional manner. The Events Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders. The Events Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Developing and executing event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and staffing
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are provided
• Ensuring that all events are executed in a safe and professional manner
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and other stakeholders
• Managing event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and clean-up
• Developing and implementing marketing and promotional plans for events
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Monitoring event performance and providing feedback to stakeholders
