Event Support Coordinators are responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for events. This includes coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial planning to post-event follow-up. They must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and managing event budgets
• Researching and booking venues
• Coordinating catering and other event services
• Developing and managing event timelines
• Coordinating event logistics, including transportation and accommodations
• Developing and managing event marketing and promotion
• Developing and managing event registration
• Developing and managing event staffing
• Developing and managing event evaluations
• Developing and managing post-event follow-up
