Event Planning and Experience Manager Job Description The Event Planning and Experience Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of events and experiences. This includes managing the budget, selecting vendors, and ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed according to plan. The Event Planning and Experience Manager must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and staff, to ensure that all expectations are met. • Knowledge of event planning and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, hospitality, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of event planning software
• Ability to work flexible hours
