3 years of experience in project management, including planning, execution, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder management.

2 years of experience in program or project management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in the Construction Industry as a Data Analyst.

Understanding of market indicators that affect the Construction market, inclusive, but not limited to, labor, materials, commodities, transportation, energy, etc.

Minimum of 5 years of auto physical damage experience with at least 1 year of management experience

Manage estimating team workload, pushing the team to meet and exceed all production and accuracy goals.

Provide close guidance and sufficient training for less-experienced estimators

Extensive knowledge of insurance principles and how they apply to appraisal decisions

Working experience in one or more estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC One, and/or Audatex

Desire to thrive in a remote environment ripe with opportunity to advance

Extreme attention to detail on bidding requirements, numbers, qualifications, etc.

Set up and manage bidding platforms update as required.

Spend most of the day on phone calls discussing projects and requirements with sub-contracting capacity throughout the nation

Manage team in identifying qualified subcontractors and establish and maintain bid solicitation lists

Able to multi-task and managing many requirements simultaneously

Able to interpret construction documents and scope requirements

Must have a fundamental knowledge of the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) procurement for government contractors.

Assist with time management of the team to complete tasks promptly.

Develop Earned Value Management (EVM) program analysis, models, and reports as required.

Proficient in written and oral communication skills according to skill requirements.

Associate Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or Business Management or accounting or a related field, Bachelors Degree preferred.

Knowledge and experience in developing and submitting wage adjustments and request for equitable adjustment is preferred.

o Send RFQs to suppliers and subs. Follow up and make sure scope coverage on pricing

o Maintain the Bid Schedule/Log

o Maintain the database bid log of yearly projects

o Updating documents received from GC and notifying estimating (RFIs, Amendments, Change Orders, etc.)

o Update/maintain Estimating Bid Calendar in Microsoft Outlook, including managing invites for job site walks, if necessary

o Assisting with mandatory site visits if the estimator is not available.
