• Maintain and/or replace conveyor, V-belts, gear boxes, and motor controls (drive cards)

• Test, maintain, install, repair + calibrate equipment

• Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM)

• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM)

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

3+ years of experience with repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems

Maintenance experience with Thermotron, Envirotronic, Mycronic, Unholtz-Dickie, and Acutronic equipment

Maintenance experience with various welding equipment (robotic, electron beam, friction, etc.)

Maintenance experience on gas and electric ovens, vacuum systems, environmental thermal testing, and ply cutting equipment

5+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or field service engineer

Use MMS (Maintenance Management System) to record repairs, parts and labor hours.

Knowledge of electrical and electro-mechanical systems, pneumatics and/or hydraulics.

Knowledge of and ability to comprehend electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Experience in the use of hand tools and power tools.

Able to read and adhere to written SOP’s and safety requirements.

Knowledge of PLC’s, VFD’s, Stepper and Servo motors.

$ 17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour

Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 06:00pm )

Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 01:00pm to 12:00am)

Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 8:00am)

Performing preventative maintenance and repairs

2+ years of professional or internship/project hands on experience in an manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment

Experience with CNC machining operations, controls, and repair

Knowledge of part programming, commissioning, operating, and troubleshooting machining controls packages

Experience with Fanuc 30i/31i/32i, Siemens Sinumerik 840D SL, or Okuma OSP CNC control systems

Experience with MRP, ERP and CMMS systems

Experience with SQL and/or analytical software such as PowerBI
