Epic Certified Analyst Jobs

Works independently and leads teams in support of team initiatives and projects; manages cross functional work teams with no direct reports.

Demonstrates advanced proficiency in gathering requirements, developing specifications, preparing and reviewing documentation.

Educates and coaches other team members; provides quality reviews of other work products such as system documentation and requirements.

May be required to travel for mandatory certifications.

Performs operational support, maintenance and system configuration as defined in departmental operating procedures and recommends operational and process improvements.

Identifies, analyzes and resolves data and system issues of advanced complexity.

Gathers, validates, and translates technological requirements into design and development specification while providing product management.

EDUCATION – High School or GED

EXPERIENCE – Minimum of three (3) years of related experience required

Assumes on-call responsibilities as required.

Plans, designs, implements, maintains and provides ongoing optimization and support for applications.

Translates business need into system design

An approved equivalent combination of education and experience.

Epic Reimbursement and Contract Management.

Education: College Bachelors + Certifications

o Level 1 Not EPIC certified and less than 2 years experience

o Level 2 EPIC certified and 2 plus years experience

o Level 3 EPIC certified and 5 plus years experience

Follows strict change management processes ensuring proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes.

Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal quality teamwork and education

Demonstrates increasing technical knowledge of the assigned application including relationships of infrastructure and impact to user if unavailable.

Manages medium complexity projects/requests. Collaborates with team members as needed. Proactively evaluates all new release and functionality of applications.

Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities

Possesses detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience working as an Epic Certified Builder.
