Demonstrated customer service experience requiring a very high level of diplomacy and professionalism.

Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.

Thorough knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn University infrastructure, policies and procedures.

Demonstrated experience and application of molecular biology knowledge preferably in biochemistry and cell culture.

Knowledge/Familiarity with the following gained through academic experience:

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in researching information and analyzing data to arrive at valid conclusions.

Manage and/or perform maintenance of mouse colony including monitoring and measuring of tumors

Demonstrated experience with general lab maintenance, including cleaning, stocking supply inventory, and ensuring the maintenance of a sterile environment.

Flow cytometry, western blot, ELISA, and immunoprecipitation experience.
