Entry Level Hr Staffing Coordinator Jobs

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Maintain pay plan and benefits programs

Design, implement, and manage company culture events

Experience providing customer service under tight timeframes, balancing multiple and competing priorities.

Administrative and/or clerical experience working in an office environment

Experience scanning documents and using electronic document imaging system

Experience creating documents, maintaining files and keeping records.

Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience working with confidential, exempt, and other legally protected information

Skilled in behavioral management techniques

One year of addiction treatment experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (preferred)

Work hours prescribed by the Supervisor and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.

Supervise and manage the behavior of the clients and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.

Additional $.50/hr with CADC certification

High School diploma or GED

Skilled in behavioral management techniques

Answers Human Resources and Talent Acquisition related inquiries via phone, email, and case management system

Provides customer service to Aramark candidates, employees, managers, etc.

Intakes and triages inquiries related to Payroll, Employment Relations, Benefits, etc. as necessary

Assists candidates and hiring managers with troubleshooting the hiring process, background check, and onboarding processes

Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
