Detailed Job Description An Entry Level Behavioral Interventionist is responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to individuals with disabilities. They work with individuals to identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop goals, and create a plan to help them reach those goals. They use a variety of techniques to help individuals learn how to manage their behavior, improve communication, and develop social skills. They also provide support to families and caregivers to help them understand and manage the individual's behavior. Job Skills Required
