Strong academic credentials, intern or co-op experience, demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent personal and academic references.

Prior experience in construction or engineering consulting is a plus, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

S. degree in engineering or related field of study.

There will be travel to visit client facilities for controls engineering related tasks.

The successful candidate must have all of the following:

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Good interpersonal and communications skills needed to be able to communicate with personnel, management, and support organizations.

Ensure Integrated Environment Safety and Health Management System principles are incorporated into organization's activities.

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business or other related discipline; and

One (1) year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Ability to manage a change in priorities.

Experience or certifications in the application of Quality control systems, problem solving and project management tools

Gain understanding of Customer requirements (internal and external) relevant to specific manufacturing processes.

Learn, know and apply existing technical solutions to meet product and process requirements.

Carry out work utilizing the appropriate processes within relevant quality guidelines and standards.

Monitor and report process performance indicators.

Learn and participate in Plant Optimization to deploy standards and drive improvement.

Evaluate information collected and propose revisions, updates, enhancements and improvements to Product Management and Engineering.

Provide technical recommendations to Product Management and Engineering for product improvements or revisions.

Analyze customer design & application processes; evaluate components, equipment, piping and placement; and offer solutions to customer application problems.

Coordinate internally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing to develop and manage pricing structure for custom package system options and accessories.

1+ year(s) of related work experience

Experience with CAD and/or 3D Parametric CAD Applications is preferred.
