Entitlement Review Administrator Jobs in Florida

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or related field

Upon obtaining proposals, coordinator kick-off meetings with construction and project management team to facilitate timely project start-up

Review environmental reports and manage wetland permitting if necessary

Manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner

5-10 years of land acquisition and/or land development experience

Experience with creating feasibility studies, budgets and schedules for potential land acquisitions

Knowledge of management principles and methods.

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Construction Management, Planning, Engineering or related field.

Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Construction Management, Planning, Engineering or related field.

Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to building, construction, development and/or permitting.

Performs cost assessments by using historical business data to assess the cost and benefit of each business system.

General knowledge of the building, construction, development, permitting and/or other process improvement best practices.
