Assist in overseeing entertainment assets as assigned by the Entertainment Manager, including scheduling, rehearsals, timekeeping, game day coordination, etc.
Game night liaison to entertainment teams, DJ, and hosts (pregame court rehearsal, stage manager, communication on com, etc.)
Manages and updates entertainment teams and appearance documents.
Assist with influencer/celebrity experiences for game days and events.
Minimum of three years’ experience in the field of live entertainment (sports, theater, concerts, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years marketing, promotions or game day experience, preferably with arena, pro team or similar work environment.
