Working closely with our Sales team to track and report on the status of new and existing leads

Taking responsibility for the success of converting Cold Leads to Sales Leads against quarterly goals

1-3+ years of experience in a client service/relationship management role within financial services

Excellent relationship management aptitude and attitude

Support Relationship Managers with existing Enterprise relationships

Collaborate with external and internal Project Managers to strategically implement new business and meet ongoing client requests to ensure continued satisfaction

Proactively cultivate knowledge and understanding of firm initiatives, platform growth, and industry ecosystem

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline
