Overview The Vice President of Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering team and driving the development of products and services. This role requires a combination of technical and managerial skills, as well as a deep understanding of the engineering process. The VP of Engineering is responsible for setting the technical direction of the organization, managing the engineering team, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. The VP of Engineering will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the engineering strategy and roadmap
• Managing the engineering team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners and vendors
• Developing and maintaining engineering standards and processes
• Ensuring that products are of the highest quality
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Mentoring and coaching the engineering team
• Developing and managing the engineering budget
