Appropriately escalates potential service issues to management when necessary.

Excellent data entry, numeric, typing and computer navigational skills.

Conducts and documents patient interviews to obtain demographic and financial data for registration, insurance verification, precertification and billing.

Requires good listening and communication skills, and professional telephone etiquette.

Demonstrates ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in an effective and organized manner.

Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Manage localization parts to achieve quality, cost and delivery target

0-2 years of experience in engineering field in automotive industry

Experience working in a multicultural environment as advantage

English skills; TOEIC scores 600 up

Benchmark of competitor vehicles related body parts-related matters

Validate and confirm supplier's drawing

Must meet driver qualification requirements, including the possession of a valid Commercial Class A Drivers License.

Job Responsibilities (May include, but not limited to the following)

Must possess a state issued Journeyman certificate and pass a company skills assessment for a Journeyman position.

Must have good communication and teamwork skills.

Perform all duties of the Lineman Classification. Including work on overhead and underground electric

distribution and transmission systems. Individual filling this position should have a high level commitment to Safety,

High school education or equivalent. Trade apprenticeship preferred.

From entry-level to two years relevant experience preferred.

Repair motors and other electrical/electronic controls.

Perform necessary repairs to moderately complex equipment such as vacuum cleaners, toasters, lamps, and small appliances on an as needed basis.

Identify electrical and safety problems applicable to the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and take necessary corrective action.

Maintain outdoor power and lighting.

Perform as member of design team including participant role utilizing effective communication skills.

May provide some support/instruction to less experienced mechanical technicians.

Experience reading engineering drawings and using lookup tools.

People Skills/Works well with others

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience OR

In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required OR

1 year experience working with electricity may be considered in lieu of D.C. & A.C. course.

Field incoming and outgoing customer calls and capturing details of customer requested projects.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Successful completion of High School algebra or above with a grade of "C" or above required.
