Proven high level management skills in coaching and facilitating business competency.

Self-initiator and proven performance management skills.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, motivational, negotiation, time management, and oral/written communication skills are required.

Control the preparation of budgets and manage local area budget to meet overall requirements.

2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

At least 8 years of relevant experience

Computer Software knowledge and Experience : Minitab®, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project®, Microsoft Office®, Windows®, Visio®, Microsoft Teams and ZOOM.

Previous Experience in Medical Device, Pharma or Biomedical Industry

Experience in Gemba, Kaizen Events

Lean/Six Sigma Certifications, if applicable.

Execute designated Continues Improvement Activities, Projects or Analysis to Improve Efficiency, Process Flow, 5S, Floor Space, among others.

Use of Lean Principles to minimize waste within manufacturing operation among others.

Experience must involve ownership/management of engineering design projects

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) or foreign equivalent or a related field, or 5+ years Amazon experience

2+ years of experience in Design/Innovation Engineering, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related

Experience using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software

Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics and/or high-speed manufacturing

Experience with process design and based on Lean Principles

Participate in data collection exercises, data management, and analysis.

Familiarity with PDM document management system.

Three years of related/applied research and development experience.

Experience with designing underwater systems and robotics systems.

Experience leading a team of engineers.

Experience with adhesives, molded parts, electronics packaging, seal design, cabling, machine/mechanism design, and other electro-mechanical design.

Some teams may offer an extended co-op term

Assignment may be virtual/remote, while other business critical roles will be onsite and may require relocation
