Strong experience in machine learning and data science, including hands-on experience building and deploying models.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

2 plus years of experience in engineering, fiber management, permitting, knowledge of different types of underground and aerial copper/fiber plant installation

Must have knowledge of Calix, Adtran & Cisco OSP/ISP/CPE system equipment.

Strong communication and computer skills

Prior knowledge of NDS, FW/BM, WFMT, Tirks, LFACS, FORTE, Smartsheet, Ethernet Services and/or RUS is a plus.

Engineering aerial, underground & inside copper and/or fiber routes and road moves.

Design fiber routes and lay-out counts including: FTTH, FTTP, FTTC, FTTT & Ethernet.

Participate in ongoing inventory control activities including cycle counting, inventory management and analysis.

Must be able to satisfactorily complete the General Motors hiring process requirements which includehair drug testing and a background check

Interested individuals must meet the following minimum qualifications

Starting wage is $15.50 per hour.Eligible for health care options immediately and holiday pay after 90 working days.
