Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities, such as performing process audits, update SOPs, revise FMEAs and Control Plans
Assist plant with yield improvement projects and various training requirements
Support plant improvement efforts, as needed (e.g. improve QMS, documentation, problem solving capabilities)
ASQ CQE or CMQ/OE certification or willingness to achieve certification within two years
Experience in ISO certified or regulated workplace a plus
Steel container manufacturing or stamping experience a plus

Overview An Engineer Central Plant is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a central plant facility. This includes the operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and other related equipment. The Engineer Central Plant is also responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the facility, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repairs. Detailed Job Description The Engineer Central Plant is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of a central plant facility. This includes the operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and other related equipment. The Engineer Central Plant is also responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the facility, as well as performing preventative maintenance and repairs. The Engineer Central Plant is also responsible for monitoring and controlling the facility’s energy consumption, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of central plant operations, maintenance, and repair

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in central plant operations, maintenance, and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
