Proof of Education according to the education requirements of the civil service title.

Serve as a community liaison with AANHPI community leaders and organizations.

Promote and provide DOHMH trainings to community groups, non-profits, and other stakeholder groups, as scheduled.

Participate in PMH-AANHPI project meetings and contribute to other meetings and workgroups as prescribed by supervisor and agency leadership.

Contribute to the development of activities/tools that promote equity and uphold social justice in practices and programming.

A document that establishes identity for employment eligibility, such as: A Valid U.S. Passport, Permanent Resident Card/Green Card, or Driver’s license.

Bachelor's degree and relevant training in a relevant field such as business, finance, education, or nonprofit management (advanced degree preferred).

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for program delivery, participant engagement, and data management.

Knowledge of impact investing, sustainable finance, and responsible investment practices preferred, or proven ability to quickly learn new topics.

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and experience in collecting, and analyzing program data.

Training programs for UHNWIs and wealth managers that translate insights into practice

Assist with internship assignment and administrative management

Collaborate with Skills Training Coordinator to develop and implement new workshops as needed by new contracts, employers and clients

Assist clients with computer skills and on-line job search

Incorporate case studies, role-playing exercises, and group discussions to facilitate active learning and skill development

Ability to manage classroom engagement and challenges

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Utilize excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise feedback to the video team.

Proven experience as an interviewer or similar role.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with interviewees.

Exceptional active listening skills to understand candidates' responses and extract relevant information.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Supports the effective management of Learning Administration to include but not limited to: planning, scheduling, managing attendance, program announcements, etc.

Manages course completion requirements, including reporting and completion audits.

Supports the ongoing development and management of new team members and key learning partners.

Able to apply prior knowledge and manage learning programs

College degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar studies preferred.

Implements, delivers, and manages learning programs aligned with Fontainebleau’s values and cultural elements.

Results-driven approach, excellent prioritization, and time management skills.

Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior problem-solving, and decision-making skills to effectively manage the department.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail.

The Training and Engagement Manager will have a keen eye for design and be knowledgeable about current Team Member trends.

Deliver and develop impactful in-person and virtual training programs, with a focus on skill-building and leadership development.

Passion for continuous improvement while partnering with Guest Experience and assisting in creating best-in-class service excellence programs.

Experience with Salesforce preferred, or similar Customer Relationship Management tool.

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.

Experience working in either a K-12, higher education institution, college access organization, or other educational services organizations

Serve as the primary point person for platform knowledge-building and training for the regional team.

Strong facilitation skills in high stakes environments.

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and/or International Public Management Association (IPMA) Certified Professional Specialist Licenses and Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a closely related field
