2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

Utilize excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise feedback to the video team.

Proven experience as an interviewer or similar role.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build relationships with interviewees.

Exceptional active listening skills to understand candidates' responses and extract relevant information.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Strong organization and time management skills

Previous experience with incorporating digital education materials into a higher ed classroom

Experience with typical office software including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Experience with Moodle and/or another LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, Sakai)

Experience with conflict de-escalation and resolution
