Experience in directing complex investigations

Identifying individuals thought to be out of compliance in filings with the Department;

Evaluating design professionals’ adherence to proper technical inspection processes;

Reviewing for potential enforcement action cases generated internally and those referred by entities outside of the Unit;

Overseeing daily operations of Unit, including staff functions and maintenance of records in hard copy as well as electronic format;

Coordinating enforcement actions with other Departmental units and Borough offices;
