Overview Energy Assistance Specialists are responsible for providing assistance to individuals and families in need of energy assistance. They work with local, state, and federal agencies to provide energy assistance programs and services. They also provide information and resources to help individuals and families reduce their energy costs. Detailed Job Description Energy Assistance Specialists are responsible for providing assistance to individuals and families in need of energy assistance. They work with local, state, and federal agencies to provide energy assistance programs and services. They also provide information and resources to help individuals and families reduce their energy costs. They must be knowledgeable about energy assistance programs and services, and be able to explain them to clients. They must be able to assess the needs of clients and provide appropriate assistance. They must also be able to work with other agencies and organizations to coordinate services. Job Skills Required
