Defines platform requirements and longer-term roadmaps, ensuring the needs of internal product owners are met as well as future market needs

Works with engineering to deliver platform capabilities via an agile approach, to adapt to changes in the market or internal environment

BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, other related technical field or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience with video encoding and streaming

Clarity of thought and strong written and verbal communication skills

Must be eligible for Florida Department of Education Certification in appropriate subject area.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software skills

Ability to plan and implement a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to devote additional hours beyond the workday for grading papers, preparation of lesson plans, etc.

High School or equivalent training and/or related experience preferred
