Rn Emergency Service Jobs in Florida

Advance the patient experience agenda in the Emergency Department.

Accurately identify real/potential problems affecting the service and implement solutions with follow-through and communication.

Actively participate in service, departmental, and hospital-wide committees as assigned, providing ongoing communication to those one represents.

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration.

Relocation Pay for Qualified Candidates.

Maintains constant communication with the Anesthesiologist of the day and Assistant Nurse Manager to expedite turnover times and ensure on-time starts.

Three (3) to five (5) years of operating room experience is required.

Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Supervises RNs, Surgical Technicians, Clinical Assistants and ancillary staff in the performance of their daily duties in the surgical suite.

Maintains equipment and instrumentation within specialty area.

Functions as Charge Nurse when needed.
