Overview Non-Emergency Medical Drivers provide transportation services to patients who require medical care but do not require emergency services. They transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and other medical facilities. They must ensure the safety and comfort of their passengers and provide assistance to those who need it. Detailed Job Description Non-Emergency Medical Drivers are responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to patients who require medical care but do not require emergency services. They must ensure that their passengers are comfortable and safe during the ride. They must also provide assistance to those who need it, such as helping them in and out of the vehicle. They must also be familiar with the local area and be able to provide directions to their passengers. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely
