Emergency Department Assistant Jobs in Missouri

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:

Full Time Nights 7 PM- 7 AM

Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification or within 3 months of hire

Mandatory Abuse Reporter Certification required within 6 months of hire

Certified/Licensed as CNA (75 hour course), OR EMT-B – Preferred

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Eighteen (18) years of age or older

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well

Preferred –Relevant experience in Emergency Departments, hospitals, or other healthcare entities to include EMS

Provide compassionate care to patients as they receive treatment in the Emergency Room.

Communicate directly with providers, nurses, patients, patient’s families, and other caregivers regarding care for patients.

Record information in the Electronic Medical Record.
