Operates a multi-line call system to receive 911 emergency and non-emergency calls, and operates basic office equipment.

Develops online content for and manages messaging for external web platforms.

Experience in conception, layout and production of communications products using professional level tools such as InDesign and GovDelivery

Experience with congressional relations preferred

Strong strategic communications skills and background required

3 years of relevant experience

Assists in drafting social media content.
