Electrical Project Engineering Manager Jobs

5 years of managerial experience directing teams involved with electrical, mechanical, power electronics, and control system design, development, and commercialization.

Use knowledge of electrical engineering and execute PLC programming fundamentals to provide support in coordination with existing Control Engineer.

5-10 years’ experience in generating PLC and HMI programming and perform testing with associated hardware.

10+ years’ experience as an electrical design engineer in the medical device or consumer electronic industry

Experience leading multiple complex product development cycles from inception to launch

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills

$110,000 - $155,000 depending on experience + variable bonus opportunity

Contribute to teams' agile processes from start to finish including Scrum and Kanban management, deployment and testing methodologies, etc.

Manage a team of Electrical Hardware Engineers working in cross-functional and multi-location project teams.

Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements

MUST HAVE 8+ Years of Engineering Experience, ideally Electrical with 5+ years in a team leadership roles.

Experience in using agile processes and methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Improvement) is a must.

Strong Presentation, Organizational & Communications Skills

Experience effectively communicating and presenting with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.

Experience with developing the architecture and user interface and functionality for facility level management of multiple disparate subsystems.

7-10 years of demonstrated managerial experience in the engineering sector.

Knowledge of PLC-based control systems is required.

Supports Quality Assurance Manager in all quality audit activities.

Problem-solving skills and able to diagnose problems with mechanical/electrical products.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Develops and approves new product installation instructions and packaging that protects the product during shipment and handling as well as labeling.

Reviews and approves product documentation (drawings, certified test reports, initial sample inspection reports) and first article samples.

Maintains previously approved accessories to determine applicability to each new model year's vehicles.
