Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, and/or 5-10 years of applicable estimating, design management and/or field management experience
Participates in the preparation of construction schedule for estimating purposes; requests and discusses staffing requirements, and logistics plan with Operations Team.
Prepares General Conditions estimate and reviews with Director of Preconstruction, Vice President, Construction Manager and Project Manager assigned to the project.
Participate in the prequalification process, in preparing responses to RFPs and RFQs,
Assists Project Manager in evaluating and analyzing subcontractor proposals.
Thorough knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices, including sustainable building practices.
