They are responsible for ensuring that the lighting systems are functioning properly and safely. They must be knowledgeable about the different types of lighting systems, their components, and how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Detailed Job Description An Electrical Lighting Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical lighting systems. They must be knowledgeable about the different types of lighting systems, their components, and how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, and be able to install and maintain lighting systems in accordance with local and national codes. They must be able to troubleshoot and repair any issues that may arise with the lighting systems. They must be able to work with a variety of tools and equipment, including ladders, power tools, and hand tools. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of electrical lighting systems and components
