B.A. or B.S. in relevant science, preferably Medical Technology or A.S, in Medical Technology with concurrent experience.

Certification in Massachusetts, Federally recognized agency (ASCP, NCA).

Five years experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory, minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.

Administrative/Business experience or schooling helpful. Full understanding of OSHA regulation required.
