Overview An Electrical Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a variety of settings. They are responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and maintained in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. They also work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly. Detailed Job Description An Electrical Field Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a variety of settings. They are responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and maintained in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. They also work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all electrical systems are functioning properly. They must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents. They must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems and make necessary repairs. They must also be able to provide technical advice and guidance to other personnel. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents

Job Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair

• Knowledge of electrical systems and components
