Electrical Cad Designer Jobs in Michigan

Originates, develops and updates electrical designs for products relating to defined company or customer requirements.

Utilizes AutoCAD/CAD systems for electrical design and drawing creation for all Besser products.

Updates electrical designs or existing customer applications.

Creates, edits and queries bill of materials on business system.

Completes required forms for drawing revisions and releases.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Designer should have experience in the preparation of drawings and specifications relating to electrical design of industrial, commercial, and multi-family facilities

Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment

Candidate should be fluent in Revit and Microsoft software; training can be provided if necessary

Electrical Designer who learns under more senior electrical designer/engineer to gain skills and achieve certifications.

24-month apprenticeship program (hourly rate increase contingent on skill progression and associated course work)

Classroom trainings are required dependent on previous education level and must be logged timely and accurately.

Preferred experience – 1+ year as Assembler IV – Electrical or Electrical Apprentice

Updates electrical diagrams and schematics for production builds

Supports production with electrical questions to production builds
