Overview Electric Department Operator Maintenance is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems in a variety of industrial and commercial settings. This includes the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and equipment. Detailed Job Description Electric Department Operator Maintenance is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical equipment and systems in a variety of industrial and commercial settings. This includes the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, components, and equipment. The Electric Department Operator Maintenance must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams, as well as have knowledge of electrical codes and regulations. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems, and be able to use a variety of tools and equipment to complete repairs.
