Proficiency with SumTotal, Brainshark, or other learning management software/platforms (preferred).

Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in LMS software and systems.

Manage the end-to-end survey administration (including, but not limited to, intake, planning, design, implementation, collection, and analysis).

Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to understand survey requirements, goals, and objectives, and accurately scope survey administration effort.

Leverage expertise and knowledge to provide consultative support to help ensure survey objectives are met; problem solves as required.
