Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledgeable with regulatory requirements associated with 5010 and ICD-10.

SQL/DB management environments including Microsoft SQL Server and PostGREsql databases.

Act in such a way to instill trust from management, other associates, as well as customers.

Constant: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work for full shift

Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by Management within the area of responsibility and control.

High level of knowledge on reimbursement guidelines as it pertains to an explanation of benefits.

Analytical skills experience and sound judgment to make decisions.

In depth knowledge and understanding of the entire enrollment process

Manage the Employee Access Sheet by updating passwords and access to portals.

Knowledge of patient billing terminology and collections.
