Edgefield Cosmetologist Jobs

Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.*

Provide consistent professional spa and salon services and treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.*

Must possess excellent communication and guest service skills.

This position participates in the post-offer employment testing program.

Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific home-care and wellness concerns, and recommend home care products/regimens from our retail selection.

Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.*

Maintain a working knowledge of all offerings of Catalina Island Company

Maintain state licensure and/or certification

Have a working knowledge of all service provided by Island Spa Catalina

Must have a minimum of 750 hours of Cosmetology Education

Two years’ experience in Cosmetology preferred

Maintain all service standards as outlined by the Catalina Island Company regarding guest interaction, service delivery, and grooming/uniform standards

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Be positive, polite, and cooperative with co-workers, managers, vendors and customers

Keep a current Oregon Cosmetology License to be posted at the work site - Nails required

Keep accurate and timely communication with departmental logbook

Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays & special events required

Provide excellent services for guests and customers
