8+ years of professional experience focused in eCommerce Operations

Experience and expertise with Demandware and or Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Experience leading a team, eCommerce content strategy, and optimizing eCommerce performance

Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams within eCommerce operations

Great communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
